Ethical Skill Development

Professionals are upheld to ethical standards as they practice their professions. Fostering inclusive cultures aligns with ethical standards, but few professionals are given the time, tools, or space to actually build the skills to do so.

Effective Inclusive Leadership

Many companies approach workplace culture as HR’s responsibility, rather than an essential competency for all professionals. The result? Initiatives feel siloed and disconnected from daily professional practice. Teams stay quiet. Misunderstandings escalate. Your most marginalized employees do the emotional labor while your best leaders stay stuck in silence, afraid to say the wrong thing.

Thriving Workplaces

When professionals aren’t equipped to lead inclusively, the organization pays for it in engagement, trust, and performance. Active Allyship training empowers professionals to shape workplaces where everyone thrives!

About the course

Active Allies will transform the way you see and show up in the world. It’s behavioral leadership training that produces measurable shifts in how professionals listen, communicate, decide, and respond in diverse environments. When professionals complete this training, they won’t just “know more” — they’ll practice their profession more ethically.

For me, the history or timelines really brought things into perspective. Now I am aware that EDI is broader than just gender.

One of the most impactful moments for me in the Active Allies course was when we explored how unconscious bias shows up in everyday decisions. It really hit me that even well-intentioned actions can unintentionally exclude or disadvantage others. The exercises where we had to reflect on real scenarios made me realize how much influence we have‚ whether in meetings, hiring, or even casual conversations‚ and how small changes can create a more inclusive environment.
